Cookie Policy — Anna · imanna.ai
This Policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use on imanna.ai, and how you can manage them. It supplements the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service, and complies with Law No. 13.709/2018 (LGPD) and the Brazilian Internet Framework Act (Law No. 12.965/2014).
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They remember preferences, enable features, and keep your session. We also treat as "cookies" similar technologies such as pixels, tags, and browser local storage.
2. We use essential cookies only
This website uses essential cookies only. We do not use analytics, profiling, advertising-tracking, or campaign-measurement cookies, whether our own or third-party.
| category | do we use it? | purpose | consent | duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | yes | keeping your session and sign-in, security, fraud prevention, basic display preferences | not required | session to 12 months |
| Performance / analytics | no | — | — | — |
| Third-party functional | no | — | — | — |
| Marketing / advertising | no | — | — | — |
Without essential cookies, parts of the site and application do not work — including sign-in.
3. Why there is no cookie banner
Essential cookies do not require consent (Art. 7, V and IX, LGPD), because they are indispensable to delivering the service you requested and to your account's security. Since we use no cookies beyond them, there is no choice to present: there is no optional category to accept or reject. That is why we display no banner.
This removes none of your rights: you may still block cookies in your browser (Section 5) and exercise your rights under Article 18 of the LGPD (Section 8).
4. Third-party cookies
We do not place third-party cookies on imanna.ai.
There are two situations in which third-party cookies may exist, and neither is tracking by us:
- Google account sign-in: choosing to sign in with Google takes you to Google's domain, which sets the cookies necessary for authentication under its own policy.
- Platforms you connect: if you activate Modules integrated with third parties, the corresponding processing is described in the Privacy Policy and in Annex I to the Terms of Service.
5. Managing cookies
You may block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Disabling essential cookies prevents sign-in and stops parts of the Service from working — that is not a fault, it is their nature.
Because we use no non-essential cookies, there are no preferences to configure.
6. Legal basis
Essential cookies rely on performance of contract (Art. 7, V) and legitimate interest in security and fraud prevention (Art. 7, IX) under the LGPD.
7. If this changes
Should we begin using non-essential cookies — analytics, third-party functional, or marketing — we will implement prior consent collection before any activation, with accept, reject, and customize options, and we will update this Policy.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy periodically, posting the revised version with a new "last updated" date and keeping a version history available.
